Responsibilities vary greatly depending on the employer's needs.
Responsibilities could include but are not limited to scheduling appointments, planning travel and logistics, performing administrative duties around healthcare, school, philanthropies, performing light housekeeping duties, providing supervision of teenage child, organizing the household and assisting Principal with basic chores and errands.
Flexibility in scheduling is key.
The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, openminded, have a proactive approach, the ability to multi-task, and use critical thinking.
Pay:

$70k per year, negotiable based experience
Responsibilities:
Scheduling Household vendors.
Pet care (Multiple Dogs).
Light cooking/meal preparation is a plus.
Light housekeeping as needed.
Filing, handling all correspondence, coordinating schedules and meetings.
Assist with travel accommodations.
Running errands, grocery shopping, etc.
Occasional pickup and drop off teenager.
Anticipate needs for the family and follow through with said needs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

years preferred related experience working in a similar role for a private family Strong command of English language; communication skills both written and verbal Must be flexible and accommodating to the Family's schedule Excellent verifiable references required from both current and previous employers Excellent organizational skills Professional in both mindset and manner; always use of utmost discretion and embody positivity Pro-active self-starter who is adaptable within the role, punctual, reliable, and courteous Must be comfortable working in a household with children Valid Driver's License REQUIRED; must be a safe and confident driver Must have reliable transportation Legally able to work in the United States Dedication to responsibilities; team player, above and beyond attitude Must be active, capable of lifting 25lbs.
and able to move about the home with ease and agility Must be willing to undergo an extensive background and drug screening CPR certification is a plus.
