Leddy Group is seeking an Event Coordinator in Enfield. Position will promote and coordinate rentals of facilities.
Responsibilities:
Manage and promote rental reservations.
Coordinate scheduling and space requirements.
Plan and schedule event work details with staff and volunteers .
Ensure all event visitors receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Help answer, screen and respond to telephone, mail and email queries as needed
Collaborate on the annual budget preparation and monitoring processes.
Ordering of supplies to ensure expenses are within the monthly budget.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
