Inventory and Theme Analyst

This is the position for you!Provide consistent customer innovation to the Brand Retail stores to sustain growth while maximizing profitability through product placement effectiveness.Key Responsibilities Include:?Streamline the flow of merchandise by providing analysis, allocation and guidance.
Monitor store level instocks and analyze areas of opportunity, identifing any trends with sales and seasonal shifts by store.
Manage the allocation of inventory and correctly distribute for all Brand Retail stores by utilizing replenishment tools and ensuring instock levels are maintained.
Overall ownership and accountability of keeping in stocks at 93%.
Some specific individual tasks such as MDP allocation, exit item management (BR), co-promotion process, GWP process and new store processes.
Proactive approach to initiating process improvements and challenge current processes.
Conduct analysis at the theme and store levels to determine excess and/or low inventory levels.
Execute a strategic plan to act on maintaining a 93% in stock level.
Collaborate with the Inventory Manager by reporting inventory levels and work together on corrective actions.
Analysis and updating of master data that drives the forecast and replenishment system to properly generate accurate orders and inventory flow.
Responsible for ensuring the delivery of goods and services are adhered to by the carriers, LEGO Brand Retail stores and Shop at Home; including ontime delivery, intact and tracking capabilities.
Collaboration with Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Planning and Analysis and Marketing to help providing clear and concise direction on inventory and replenishment; Provide necessary analysis to each area as needed.

Dedicated, driven and focused team members are imperative to our success.Do you have what it takes??Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years in a retail environment with some experience in corporate merchandising/allocation department preferred.
Must possess the ability to analyze and summarize data to arrive at informed and effective recommendations or decisions.
Advanced capabilities in Excel including formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables.
Must be a strong team player possessing the ability to build positive working relationships with associates at various levels and cross functional areas of the organization.
Strong planning, organizational and execution skills.
Some domestic and international travel required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
