POSITION SUMMARY
Lead account managers & relationship managers for the Worksite business resulting in a highly satisfied book of business, seamless onboarding, high levels of enrollment and proactive reenrollment in support of overall sales goals. Increase team knowledge and understanding regarding client services. Improve unit cost by managing budget savings. Foster/encourage environment of creative and effective process improvements or efficiencies. Partner with projects/initiatives to identify process improvements that will lower unit cost. Develop and lead AM's in team meetings. Actively participate in initiatives/projects/meetings and sharing ideas/work product. Interact with other areas of the business (underwriting, marketing, sales, legal etc) and maintain effective working relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership-critical leadership role for the growing Worksite business of MassMutual. As the team grows and volumes of new business rise, this person is critical in managing capacity for the team, and finding ways to improve process and procedures and enhance the overall customer experience for producers and employers. Additionally, this person will be part of a broader leadership team for the Worksite business as we build out our products and service offering.
Customer Experience-this person will be central to ensuring our customers have a seamless and integrated experience at MassMutual. This person will be required to handle escalated calls from producers and ensure that our delivery is accurate and timely by clearly adapting workflows and handling a capacity model that ensures a highly rated customer experience.
Product Knowledge-this person will be required to know deeply all of the working of our executive and voluntary product offerings and serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally.
Collaboration-this person will work daily with other areas of the business, such as product, underwriting and sales to ensure that the business is highly functioning and that our products and services are competitive.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
Proven collaborative skills
Presentation skills and experience with small & larger groups
Experience handling escalated customer situations
Proven high performance at customer service
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in Group Executive and Voluntary Benefits space preferred
Past experience managing a team
Home office based worker

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
