Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide a brief description of the general nature of the position; an overview of why the job exists; and what the job is to accomplish.
Responsible for running Viability reports within the Workplace Solutions organization. This includes running standard reports but also customized & more complex reports from time to time. Train assists field on system functionality and product features.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop improvements and advancements to Viability analysis including designing methodology and providing justifications via research.
Automated production and coordinated new enhancements
Coordinated project with external tech firm Intellinet (Farmington, CT) ? attended onsite meetings to discuss design requirements, expectations and specifications
Lead testing of updates in DEV environment and provide feedback
Design and mockup new Viability and related materials and supplemental items (flyers, checklists, reports, PPT decks)
Serve as resource in training and deployment of Viability analysis
Design and develop Financial Wellness analysis and report based on MapMyBenefits
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree
Deep knowledge in Excel and other data tools
Skills in Data Metrics, Analytics and Reporting
Ability to multi task & prioritize
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree
Retirement product knowledge
Financial acumen
2-3 years of prior experience in reporting or data analytics

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
