Description
Works independently and with management on high visible, divisional/cross-divisional complex projects
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Delivery and Business teams
Sought as a key resource for resolution of unique or complex business problems
Advances the interest of the company by serving on teams that are external to the organization when appropriate
Drives continuous improvement and efficiencies beyond own scope of responsibility
Apply technical and business knowledge across multiple business functions
Perform impact analysis.
Understand the LOB Reference Architecture
Ensure all solutions are designed to perform efficiently, are scalable and re-usable
Contribute to the development of non-functional requirements and architecture artifacts
Focus on innovation to significantly improve customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
At least 6 years experience in the technical application space
At least 4 years experience in a production support role
A minimum of 3 years' experience leading teams that involve oversight of multiple vendor partners, including onshore and offshore arrangements.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
8 years experience in the technical application space preferred
8 years experience in a production support role preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
