Our Technical Consultant role will be able to work across multiple record-keeping platforms, generally within the New Business / On-boarding process. Working under direct supervision, this position consults, manages and converts clients plan participant data & assets to the organizations own in-house record-keeping systems through close partnerships across the business and the new plan sponsor. Works closely with clients, plan sponsors, prior record-keepers, payroll vendors, TPAs, Investment Professionals, and internal and/or external managers and staff throughout the business operations.
Mapping and Loading of all Takeover records (demographic and financial)
Payroll File Set Up
Error Correction
Customer Service (education) with internal and external contacts
Bachelor's Degree
Retirement Services industry experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (e.g. file manipulation, formulas, macros)
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Prior experience working in New Business / Onboarding organization within Retirement Services industry
Working knowledge of payroll files, within the context of retirement plan data (deferrals, loans, etc.)
Working knowledge of conversion files, transferring retirement plan records from a prior vendor to new

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
