Reporting directly to John LaRoche, Leader of the Data Management and CRM team within the Planning & Execution group in Workplace Solutions, the SalesForce Strategic Planning Lead will support the long-term growth of the organization by providing support to senior business owners in establishing a long term vision and setting priorities as our SalesForce efforts expand. This includes focusing resources and ensuring that employees and other stakeholders are working towards common goals in the delivery of the SalesForce application.
Establish and manage all strategic and tactical management reporting for the SalesForce effort within WorkPlace Solutions.
Help coordinate the Workplace Solutions strategic and tactical plans for SalesForce with the broader overall SalesForce Strategic Initiative at the MMUS level (i.e. remain in complete alignment with SalesForce activities centered the MMFA business line).
Facilitate senior level discussions across several business units (Sales, Planning and Execution, Client Management, Participant Services) as the SalesForce footprint expands into all of these areas in 2019.
Lead planning and coordination of transformation reconciliation for each TO initiative with a direct dependency on SalesForce expansion and deployment.
Work with senior business owners to determine the sequence of SalesForce initiatives to best deliver on the desired customer journeys.
Work directly with the SalesForce implementation lead to insure stories/sprints remains on schedule. Also, work the SalesForce Implementation lead to develop regular and routine audit processes to evaluate usage of SalesForce, data quality within SalesForce, and business trends that SalesForce data brings to light.
Provide business problem solving capacity and change impact assessment using knowledge of the business and operating model, enterprise capabilities, industry trends and best practices
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of business experience, with preferred at least 5+ years of experience in the Retirement business and 1+ years working directly with the SalesForce application.
Relevant experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industries
Demonstrates strong cross functional problem solving skills.
Demonstrated effectiveness developing plans, prioritizing activities and driving execution; well organized with solid communication style and skills
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-disciplinary and geographically dispersed environment
Position requires an extremely organized, detail-oriented individual who is capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
