Workplace Operations Technology is seeking a highly skilled senior level Program Manager to drive initiatives that cross business and organizational boundaries. This is a strategic role that supports multi-year transformation initiatives delivering significant business impact. The role encompasses strategic program design to ongoing adoption and maturity, and oversight of continuous improvement for Program Management as well as ongoing maintenance of post-transformation initiatives and new functionality.
This is a critical role that requires an independent individual to be both strategic and delivery-oriented; combines strong customer facing skills with deep technical expertise to meet demanding customer requirements. S/he must be hands on, able to remove roadblocks, and execute through influence. S/He will work with the customer leadership team to understand business requirements, apply those requirements to technology strategy, formulate "execution" strategy, and enable successful delivery of programs. Must have track record of successfully managing P&L, Project Level Finances, and managing vendors providing Staff Augmentation and Statements of Work. Must have solid experience leading matrixed yet agile teams to deliver quality on time and delight the customer.
Understand, apply, promote and contribute to MassMutual delivery methodologies, standards and tools
Supports development and review of project management plans for projects across work teams
Conducts ongoing project financial health checks and risk management reviews
Facilitation of visioning sessions and collaborative requirements sessions with the work teams
Review of project estimates and financial forecasts
Coordinates Vendor program management and integration
Vendor Program Manager will ensure integration of activities within Mass Mutual framework
Coordinates and compiles overall weekly status
Work with a high degree of autonomy and apply industry leading project and program management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentations in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations
Define and manage the lifecycle from project initiation through to program closure
Manage project and program level financials (actuals, forecasts, and budgets)
Management and resolution of risks, issues and dependencies
Report financial information and status to the required executive level through steering committees
Secures, leads, motivates and inspires the internal & external resources required to deliver the program
Establish and support of a program governance model
Basic Requirements:
12+ years of demonstrated experience in delivering large, complex and strategic technology initiatives, P&L responsibilities, with 5+ years in leading large matrixed teams.
Prior large-scale, global transformation leadership experience.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
5 years' of project/program development and/or management experience
Must have an understanding of industry standards across multiple disciplines, and how to implement through small improvements or large-scale transformation.
Proven ability to roll up sleeves to resolve critical technical issues.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
